Job Description

About the Role:

  • Assist with candidate sourcing, screening, and shortlisting.
  • Support scheduling and coordinating interviews.
  • Help with onboarding new interns/employees.
  • Conduct and document feedback sessions to improve HR processes.
  • Contribute to employee engagement and team-building activities.
  • Maintain HR records and assist with policy compliance.
  • Collaborate with the management on day-to-day HR operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Perform tasks related to recruitment and talent acquisition.
  2. Provide administrative support to the HR team.
  3. Participate in creating a positive work environment.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Pursuing an MBA in HR is a plus.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HR concepts (recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement).
  • Good time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and able to work independently in a remote setup.

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Must have a laptop/PC with stable internet connection.
  • Available for a 3-month remote internship.
