Lead Researcher Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Lead Researcher to join our organization in Bangalore. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new drugs and contributing to the growth of our organization.

  • Supervise subordinates for timely completion of assigned projects, ensuring optimal resource utilization and cost efficiency.
  • Responsible for periodic reports updating to both internal and external stakeholders, providing valuable insights and progress updates.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Project Planning and Execution: Develop and implement comprehensive project plans, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, a strong understanding of drug discovery concepts, and experience in project planning and execution.

Requirements:
  • Education: Ph.D. in organic chemistry or medicinal chemistry from a reputable university in India or abroad.
  • Experience: At least 5 years of experience in drug discovery from the pharmaceutical or biotech industry.
  • Skills: Excellent communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills, with the ability to work effectively in a dynamic environment.
