INOVAUGMET is a DPIIT recognized, next-generation biotech startup at the forefront of regenerative medicine in medical dermatology focused on developing novel small molecules to drive tissue regeneration leveraging stem cell biology and small molecules. We are looking for a hands-on and highly skilled Senior Scientist with expertise in biochemistry, stem cell culture, and translational cellular assays to lead impactful laboratory-based research.

Key Responsibilities:
o Design and lead hands-on experiments involving small molecule screening, 2D/3D stem cell models, and organoid systems.
o Execute dose-response assays, viability studies, and mechanistic investigations.
o Perform and analyze advanced cellular and molecular biology techniques, including:
o Flow Cytometry (FACS)
o Immunofluorescence (IF)
o Quantitative PCR (qPCR)
o Western Blotting
o ELISA
o Confocal Microscopy
o Conduct image analysis using ImageJ and statistical interpretation using GraphPad Prism, R, or similar tools.
o Collaborate cross-functionally with chemistry, formulation, and translational teams.
o Maintain accurate, reproducible documentation for internal records, IP, and regulatory submissions.
Required Qualifications:
o PhD or Master's in Biochemistry or Molecular Biology or Cell Biology, or related field.
o Minimum 7 years of hands-on lab experience in biotech, pharma, or advanced academic research.
o Demonstrated ability to independently design and troubleshoot complex experiments.
o Strong teamwork, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
Must-Have Technical Skills:
o Human Stem Cell Culture (2D and 3D/organoids)
o Small Molecule Screening and Dose-Response Testing
o Flow Cytometry (FACS)
o Immunofluorescence (IF)
o Quantitative PCR (qPCR)
o Western Blotting
o ELISA
o Confocal Microscopy
o Image Analysis using ImageJ
o Biostatistical Analysis (Graph-Pad Prism, R, or equivalent)
