Project Research Scientist II (Non-Medical) [Mobile App Developer] – 1 position

Roles and Responsibilities

Roles and Responsibilities

Lead UI/UX Design:
Own the design process from concept to execution. Create wireframes, user flows, high-fidelity mockups, and interactive prototypes using tools like Figma or Sketch.

·      
Design and Develop:
Translate your own designs and concepts into pixel-perfect, responsive, and performant Flutter applications.

·      
Build and Maintain:
Develop, test, and maintain robust, scalable features for our mobile application, ensuring high code quality and architectural integrity.

·      
Collaborate and Strategize:
Work closely with product managers and engineers to define user requirements and deliver exceptional mobile experiences.

·      
Mentor and Advocate:
Mentor other developers and champion best practices in both UI/UX design and Flutter development throughout the team.

Required Qualifications

·      
A Strong Portfolio:
A portfolio is mandatory. It must showcase your expertise in both UI/UX design (wireframes, mockups, prototypes) and shipped Flutter applications.

·      
Senior-Level Experience:
4+ years of professional experience in mobile development, with a significant focus on Flutter.

·      
Design Tool Proficiency:
Demonstrated expertise in modern design and prototyping tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).

·      
Flutter Mastery:
Deep expertise in the Flutter framework, including state management, custom animations, and architecture patterns (e.g., Clean Architecture, MVVM).

·      
Design Sensibility:
A meticulous eye for detail and a deep understanding of user-centric design principles, typography, and color theory.

Preferred Qualifications

·      Experience with wearable device integrations (BLE, HealthKit, etc.).

·      Familiarity with native mobile development (Swift/Kotlin).

·      Experience setting up and maintaining CI/CD pipelines for mobile applications.
