Job Title: Talent Acquisition Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our HR department, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, and onboarding.

Your primary focus will be on supporting HR operations such as payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance. You will also design and implement HR policies, performance reviews, and appraisal systems to drive employee engagement and foster a positive workplace culture.

The ideal candidate will have 3-7 years of experience in HR, with strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance in India or UAE. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with the ability to work in a dynamic, multicultural environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Sourcing and selecting top talent through effective recruitment strategies.
  • Collaborating with leadership to build a talent pipeline for future growth.
  • Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and programs.
  • Providing support for payroll coordination, employee records, and compliance.
Requirements:
  • 3-7 years of experience in HR (generalist/recruitment/operations).
  • Strong knowledge of HR processes, labor laws, and compliance (India or UAE).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proactive, organized, and detail-oriented.
