The ideal candidate will have 4-6 years of experience in risk management, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects and meeting competing deadlines. They will also possess strong written and oral communication skills, as well as the ability to build long-term relationships and consensus across divisions.
This role will focus on leading the development of process, control, risk, and assessment/incident management frameworks. The successful candidate will work closely with Operational Risk & Resilience (ORR) leadership divisions, identifying, defining, and documenting project objectives and requirements.
Responsibilities will include partnering with ORR leadership divisions, driving forward framework design, leading horizontal risk process mapping, and working with business teams to develop and execute framework proposals. The successful candidate will also be responsible for structuring ambiguous problems, preparing materials for working groups and committees, and conducting detailed problem tracking and resolution.
We offer a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and qualifications. Additionally, we provide a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings, and paid time off.
