As a seasoned Product Management leader, you will spearhead the strategy and execution of our Customer Experience (CX) product roadmap. This involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop innovative features that address existing gaps in the market.

Your key responsibilities include:

  • Driving strategic clarity for our CX product differentiation through an outside-in analysis of market, competitive, customer, and technological forces.
  • Crafting well-defined major release roadmaps that wow our customers and stakeholders, while ensuring alignment with our company's product principles.
  • Working closely with Development, Customers, and Partners to ensure that the right features get built on time, with excellent product quality, ease of adoption, and stickiness.
  • Ensuring major release launch readiness by collaborating with Marketing to create impactful market messages, rationalizing pricing and packaging, and influencing social media, analysts, and media to secure favorable mentions.
  • Collaborating with Sales, Support, and Services teams to ensure customer success with our products, including timely launch readiness for sellers, BPs, and GSI partners.
Qualifications
  • A proven track record of leading product management efforts for similar customer experience platforms.
  • In-depth knowledge of using Aha (or similar Product Management tools) is a plus.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
  • Experience working with Sales, and Development teams is essential.
  • Demonstrated understanding and/or experience of infusing AI/ML into a marketing product in a meaningful way.
