RSM US LLP is seeking a highly skilled Process Risk and Controls Consultant to join their team in Bengaluru. This role offers a unique opportunity to grow your leadership skills while working with clients across various industries.

About the Role:

The Process Risk and Controls Practice at RSM US LLP focuses on helping clients identify and prioritize risk, leveraging process and controls to reduce risk exposure. As a member of this team, you will work closely with engagement teams, internal audit functions, chief risk officers, and other management members to deliver high-quality services to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Service Delivery: You will be responsible for executing components of internal audits under an offshore delivery model, ensuring effective and efficient execution.
  • Risk Assessment and Management: You will participate in risk assessment management interviews, update risk assessment models, and complete initial drafts of identified risks.
  • Control Design and Operating Effectiveness: You will review, document, and test control design and operating effectiveness for business process transactions, access controls, segregation of duties, and automated controls.
  • Associate Development and Support: You will independently implement and coach associates on foundational industry policies, procedures, and work programs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you will need strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. A Chartered Accountant qualification and relevant experience in internal audit, SOX advisory, financial controls, contract compliance, and credit reviews are essential. Proficiency in Excel, Word, PowerPoint, PowerBI, MS Forms, and MS Visio is also required.
