Job Overview:

Financial Management Expert

We are seeking a seasoned Financial Management Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Maintain and monitor landowner accounts, ensuring timely payments and reconciliations.
  • Administer payables, receivables, bank portfolio, and maintain reserves for debt and third-party collections.
  • Review billing and reconciliations to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
  • Prepare weekly payment lists and coordinate with the Accounts team for necessary approvals.
  • Coordinate with the GST department for analysis and drafting replies to notices.
  • E nsure compliance with all statutory requirements.
  • Manage MIS reporting, treasury management, and prepare Financial Statements, including Chartered Accountant (CA) Mandatory.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2-7 years of post-qualification experience in finance and accounts, preferably in real estate, infrastructure, or large-scale corporate setups.
  • Strong knowledge of GST, statutory compliances, and audit processes.
  • Hands-on experience in MIS reporting, treasury management, and reconciliations.
  • Proficiency in financial planning, debt management, and stakeholder coordination.
  • Excellent communication and analytical skills with attention to accuracy and detail.
