About this Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical financial professional to join our finance team. As a key member of the team, you will play a pivotal role in analyzing financial data, preparing reports, supporting budgeting and forecasting processes, and helping guide strategic business decisions with data-driven insights.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A):
    • Assist in preparing annual budgets, quarterly forecasts, and long-term financial plans by collecting and analyzing financial data, identifying trends, and making informed recommendations.
    • Monitor and report on budget variances, providing explanations and actionable insights to management and stakeholders.
    • Build complex financial models to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions, using advanced Excel functions and techniques.
  • Reporting & Insights:
    • Generate regular financial reports for management and stakeholders, including monthly, quarterly, and ad-hoc reports.
    • Analyze financial statements to identify trends and risks, and provide insights to inform business decisions.
    • Track key financial KPIs such as revenue, margins, cost structures, and working capital, and make recommendations to improve performance.
  • Data Analysis & Modeling:
    • Develop complex financial models to support scenario analysis, valuation, and forecasting, using large data sets and advanced statistical techniques.
    • Work with cross-functional teams to gather and validate financial and operational data, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders to develop and implement financial solutions, using data-driven insights to inform business decisions.
  • Business Support:
    • Support internal business units with financial insights to guide operational and strategic decisions, using data-driven analysis and recommendations.
    • Evaluate project and business case feasibility using ROI, NPV, IRR, and other financial metrics, and provide clear recommendations to stakeholders.
    • Assist with financial due diligence for potential partnerships, M&A, or vendor negotiations, using financial modeling and analysis to inform decision-making.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
  • 4-5 years of relevant experience as a Financial Analyst or in a similar finance role.
  • Strong knowledge of financial modeling, forecasting, and budgeting, with proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  • Strong communication skills to present findings clearly to non-finance stakeholders.
