Accounting Analyst Position

As an Accounting Analyst, you will play a vital role in managing financial data and ensuring accurate billing processes. Your work will directly impact the company's financial health and aid in decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare, review, and process client invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
  • Prepares, reviews, and uploads payroll information for processing.
  • Assist with bookkeeping and maintaining up-to-date financial records.
  • Manage payroll processing and ensure compliance with relevant laws and company policies.
  • Reconcile accounts and resolve discrepancies in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with sales, account management, and customer support teams to ensure billing accuracy and resolve customer inquiries.
  • Maintain the integrity and confidentiality of financial records.
  • Recommend process improvements for greater efficiency in financial operations.

Requirements:

  • Strong written and oral communication skills to interact with customers and internal teams.
  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in a similar accounting or financial analysis role.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
  • Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
