Job Title: Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist

Job Description:

As an Oracle Cloud Financials Implementation Specialist, you will play a key role in supporting the successful deployment of Oracle Cloud Financials solutions for our clients.

Key responsibilities include configuring end-to-end implementation of Oracle Cloud Financials, including requirement gathering, solution design, configuration, testing, and deployment. You will work closely with business stakeholders to analyze financial processes and configure Oracle Cloud solutions.

The ideal candidate will have expertise in Oracle Financials modules, implementation best practices, and a strong understanding of financial processes. Additionally, experience in Oracle Cloud Financials configurations, workflows, and security roles is essential. Hands-on expertise in OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher, and reporting tools is also highly valued.

Other key responsibilities include facilitating data migration, integrations, and system enhancements to optimize business processes. You will also prepare training documents, business process documents, design documents, and troubleshoot issues to provide ongoing support and system optimizations post-go-live.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • 2-5 years of experience in Oracle Financials implementation, with at least 2+ years in Oracle Cloud Financials.
  • Strong knowledge of financial processes, accounting principles, and ERP best practices.
  • Experience in Oracle Cloud Financials configurations, workflows, and security roles.
  • Hands-on expertise in OTBI, FRS, BI Publisher, and reporting tools.
  • Knowledge of data migration strategies, integrations (OIC, Web Services, FBDI, ADFDI), and system testing.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.
  • Oracle Cloud certification in Financials is a plus.
