**Oracle Finance Consultant Trainee**

**Location**: Infopark, Koratty

**Position Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Oracle Finance Module Support**: Assist in the configuration, implementation, and support of Oracle Finance modules, including GL (General Ledger), AP (Accounts Payable), AR (Accounts Receivable), and FA (Fixed Assets).
- **Business Process Analysis**: Understand and analyze business requirements and map them to Oracle financial solutions.
- **System Configuration**: Support in configuring and customizing Oracle financial modules as per client requirements and business processes.
- **Troubleshooting & Issue Resolution**: Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Oracle finance systems and provide technical support to end-users.
- **Documentation**: Assist in the documentation of system configurations, user manuals, and training materials.
- **User Training & Support**: Provide end-user training and support for Oracle finance modules, helping users understand and navigate the system.
- **Collaboration**: Work closely with senior Oracle consultants and business analysts to implement Oracle financial solutions and improve business processes.

**Key Requirements**:

- **Education**: M.Com / MBA with a specialization in Finance and Accounts.
- **Experience**: 1 to 3 years of experience in finance or accounting; experience in Oracle financial modules is a plus.
- **Skills**:

- Knowledge of accounting principles and financial operations.
- Exposure to Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) or Oracle Cloud Financials is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of Oracle Financial modules (AP, AR, GL, FA).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to work with clients and team members.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools.

- Strong organizational skills and ability to handle multiple tasks.
