Job Description

We are seeking a talented Project Coordinator-Analyst to drive creative and contemporary ideas into solid design and impact. As a key team member, you will have a pivotal role in designing and deploying campaigns for global clients, including Fortune 50 companies.

Responsibilities

  • Assist with planning, organization, and delivery of programs of work
  • Help manage and oversee project scope, monitor scope creep, and drive updates
  • Support upstream management of Agency/Client workflow
  • Establish and maintain project and/or program communications through projects
  • Support proactive stakeholder management – running and maintaining approvals
  • Educate client service team about project progress and challenges
  • Partner with production specialists, approve production decisions and maintain oversight of delivery
  • Build new supplier relationships and foster strong working partnerships
  • Help setup post-project review meetings, gather feedback and measure KPIs
  • Financial support for Project Managers as needed

Qualifications and Skills

  • 3-5 years experience in project coordination within digital marketing or advertising agencies
  • Experience handling international clients and large-scale projects is beneficial
  • Good understanding of multimedia production processes, tools, and best practices
  • Able to generate innovative solutions and approaches
  • Able to streamline information sharing across departments to minimize duplication of conversation and maximize visibility
  • Able to track and report on project progress for transparency
  • Able to take ownership of project momentum
  • Able to structure thoughts clearly and communicate effectively
  • Keen attitude with effective listening, verbal, written, and presentation skills
  • Able to build trust with colleagues and networks appropriately
  • Able to influence positive outcomes in internal and external teams
  • Positive attitude in seeking ways to improve contribution and increase responsibility
  • Able to provide constructive feedback in a timely manner
  • Proven track record of driving accountability and ownership
