Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop holistic brand expressions through logos, typography, color palettes, and visual systems that convey a brand's message and resonate with target audiences.
  • Create high-quality graphic design assets for digital, print, packaging, and social media platforms that engage customers and leave a lasting impression.
  • Elevate brand storytelling through video, animation, and motion graphics, fostering emotional connections with customers and driving business results.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure consistent brand communication and messaging across all touchpoints.
  • Design scalable and clean design systems that meet business objectives and exceed customer expectations by transforming abstract ideas into tangible solutions.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest design trends, technologies, and best practices in video and motion design to inspire fresh directions and innovative solutions.
Required Skills:
  • 3+ years of experience in branding, graphic design, and motion design (agency or design studio background).
  • A strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, graphic design, and video/motion work that demonstrates creativity, technical skills, and attention to detail.
  • Proficiency in industry-standard tools and software, including Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro) and Figma (for design systems and UI/UX basics).
  • A solid foundation in typography, layout, color theory, and motion principles, as well as excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines without compromising creativity or quality.
