The Role of a Support Specialist

Project Title : Software Support Expertise
Project Description : Collaborate with stakeholders to diagnose and rectify software problems within complex business systems. Required skills include SAP EWM knowledge, experience in decentralized WM and lean WM process, and proficiency in EDI communications between SAP and 3PL systems.

Key Responsibilities:
A: Design and customize SAP WM solutions.
B: Analyze system performance and resolve issues affecting user experience.
C: Troubleshoot IDoc errors and ensure seamless data exchange with external logistics partners.
D: Develop functional specifications for customization projects.
E: Resolve WM/MM related problems efficiently.

Essential Skills and Qualifications:
A: Proficiency in configuring warehouse processes using RF Deploy.
B: Experience in customizing RF processes and writing functional specifications.
C: Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
D: Excellent communication and organizational abilities.

Benefits and Requirements:
- A minimum of 3-5 years of SAP Warehouse experience is required.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office and requires a 15-year full-time education qualification.
