What you`ll do:

Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Operations Coordinator with 2–3 years of SAP BASIS administration experience. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys blending technical understanding with operational efficiency. The Operations Coordinator will support the SAP operations team through reporting, project coordination, and continuous improvement efforts, while also managing customer visit logistics and internal initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

P- repare and share regular reports on incidents, problems, and customer forums using MS PowerPoint and Excel
S- upport coordination of system checks, audits, and landscape hygiene follow-ups.
P- lan, manage, and support small projects and process improvement initiatives.
T- rack project timelines, risks, and updates for stakeholders.
C- ollaborate with the operations team to improve processes and documentation.
S- tandardize documentation and workflows with cross-functional teams.
M- anage end-to-end coordination of customer visits (logistics, scheduling, content).
A- ct as a link between operations and customer engagement teams.
M- aintain internal documentation (e.g., team wiki, trackers).
O- rganize and orchestrate various meetings

Experience (Role Requirements)

B- achelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field.
2- –3 years of hands-on experience in SAP BASIS administration or coordination role in a similar environment.
E

• xcellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills to effectively communicate project plans and status.
  F

• amiliarity with SAP landscape monitoring, system documentation, and operational reporting.
  S- trong communication skills with the ability to interact effectively across technical and non-technical teams.
  E- xcellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple priorities.
  P- roficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); experience with reporting tools or ticketing systems is a plus.
  E- xperience with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow, Solution Manager)
  E- xposure to ITIL practices (especially incident, problem, and change management.
  I- nterest in learning and supporting continuous improvement
