Corporate Sales Role

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to drive business growth by engaging with corporate clients and understanding their insurance needs.

The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of success in sales, with a proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients. They will also have excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to craft compelling insurance proposals that meet the needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth and meet business objectives.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients through regular communication and tailored solutions.

  • Prospect new clients, analyze their risk profiles, and create compelling insurance proposals tailored to their needs.
  • Negotiate policy terms and conditions to secure deals and ensure client satisfaction.

  • Collaborate with underwriters and insurers to negotiate favorable terms on behalf of clients.
  • Ensure accurate and complete documentation of policies, contracts, and client information in compliance with regulatory requirements.

Requirements:

  • A bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
  • Prior experience in corporate sales, business development, or a similar role within the insurance industry is advantageous.
  • Relevant certifications in sales, business development, or insurance broking are beneficial.
  • Proficient in using CRM systems, Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), and sales-related software.
