We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive coordinator to provide critical administrative support in our Tax Credit team.
The ideal candidate will assist with transaction closings, manage communications, organize compliance documentation, and ensure timely reporting and data collection.
Key Responsibilities:- Support the Deal Lead with transaction closings by organizing checklists, tracking deliverables, and coordinating internal and external schedules
- Maintain deal folders, data rooms, and filing systems to ensure all documentation is accurate and up to date
- Document transaction milestones for internal records
