We are seeking highly skilled and certified Salesforce Developers (Marketing Cloud & CDP) to join our dynamic team.

The ideal candidate will have deep expertise in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Data Cloud (CDP), and integration capabilities, along with a proven ability to deliver scalable marketing automation and customer engagement solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop, and implement solutions using Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Data Cloud/CDP.
  • Build and manage customer journeys, segmentation, personalization, and marketing automation workflows.
  • Integrate Salesforce CDP with other enterprise applications and external data sources.
  • Develop custom solutions leveraging AMPscript, SQL, and automation tools within SFMC.
  • Ensure seamless data management, cleansing, and enrichment to improve campaign targeting.
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, and cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality solutions.
  • Optimize campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, and ensure smooth execution of marketing initiatives.
  • Maintain proper documentation, coding standards, and best practices for long-term maintenance.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • Strong hands-on experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC).
  • Must have experience in Salesforce Data Cloud (CDP).
  • Certification in Data Cloud/CDP is desirable.
  • Expertise in AMPscript, SQL, SSJS, and REST/SOAP APIs.
  • Hands-on experience with Journey Builder, Automation Studio, Contact Builder, Audience Builder, and Data Extensions.
  • Knowledge of data modeling, segmentation, identity resolution, and consent management.
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Git, and Agile development methodologies.
  • Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant certification.
  • Experience with Einstein for Marketing Cloud, personalization, and analytics.
