Job Title: Guest Relations Executive

We are looking for a skilled hospitality professional to be the face of our business. The ideal candidate will have exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, a friendly and professional demeanor, strong organizational abilities, and prior experience in the service industry.

The Guest Relations Executive will be responsible for greeting and welcoming guests warmly, managing reservations and seating efficiently, assisting with menu queries and special requests, building relationships with regular guests, and handling feedback and complaints professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and welcome guests warmly, ensuring a lasting first impression.
  • Manage reservations, waitlists, and guest seating effectively.
  • Assist guests with menu inquiries, special requests, and dietary needs.
  • Build strong relationships with regular guests and recognize VIP customers.
  • Handle guest feedback and complaints with professionalism and empathy.
  • Coordinate with service staff, kitchen, and management for smooth operations.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A friendly, professional, and approachable personality.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Prior experience in hospitality, F&B, or customer service is an asset.
  • Ability to remain calm and positive in a fast-paced environment.
