National Sales Leader

Cambridge University Press is seeking a highly skilled and experienced National Sales Head to lead the sales function and ensure capability building across levels for the Schools English vertical in South Asia.
Key ResponsibilitiesCommercial Growth Strategy: Develop and execute a commercial growth strategy for online learning products/solutions in the India market, increasing market share in the competitive landscape.
Sales Leadership: Lead the sales team, driving sales growth, and ensuring the achievement of sales objectives, goals, and revenue targets.
Relationship Building: Build relationships with key stakeholders, including HVOs, and expand large accounts for combined learning and assessment adoptions.
Account Management: Manage customer accounts, driving sales growth, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Performance Analysis:
- Monitor sales performance, identifying trends and areas for improvement.
- Develop and implement plans to address sales shortfalls and improve performance.
Leadership and Development: Foster a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous learning within the sales team, promoting professional growth and development.
Strategic Planning: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement sales strategies aligned with the organization's vision and goals.
Communication: Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including sales teams, customers, and senior management, ensuring seamless collaboration and alignment.
