
National Sales Director

We're seeking a highly motivated and results-driven National Sales Head to join our Sales and Business Development team. This role requires a strong personality, excellent organizational skills, and a passion for driving business growth through innovative sales strategies.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute aggressive outreach programs to generate new leads and opportunities.
- Collaborate with Strategy and Marketing teams to craft compelling campaigns and strategies for brands.
- Manage high-profile client relationships with companies, agencies, and other revenue-generating partners.
- Oversee day-to-day sales operations, including empanelment processes, agreement, and paperwork.
- Drive account responsibility from first contact to end negotiation, using professional integrated selling techniques.
- Grow assigned territory/category through professional sales efforts.
- Renew and expand client engagement to meet and exceed quarterly revenue targets.
- Consistently meet or exceed Business Development goals, demonstrating focused sales efforts.
- Extensive Ad sales experience at a media company/agency, with a proven track record of selling content solutions/advertising campaigns/ad slots to brands.
- Experience in developing leads through various methods, making professional presentations, and writing compelling proposals to close sales and exceed goals.
- Proficient with Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
