We are currently seeking a Product Designer to join our organization. The successful candidate will possess a strategic vision, creativity, and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities:
  • The role of Product Designer involves designing user-centered interfaces and product flows that align innovation, aesthetics, and functionality with business objectives.
  • Key responsibilities include developing and improving digital product design (apps, web, and integrations), creating wireframes, interactive prototypes, and high-fidelity visual interfaces.
  • The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including product, technology, and marketing.
  • Ensuring consistency of visual identity across all touchpoints is also a critical aspect of this role.
  • Ongoing usability research and applying user feedback to design improvements are essential for driving growth and customer satisfaction.
  • The Product Designer will document scalable design guidelines and systems for the team.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in digital product design is necessary for this position.
  • Proficiency with tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, or similar is expected.
  • Solid knowledge of UX/UI and user-centered design principles is required.
  • The ability to translate business requirements into clear and functional visual solutions is crucial.
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset in multidisciplinary teams are essential.
  • An updated portfolio with relevant project examples is required.
Nice to Have:
  • Experience in fintech, payment apps, or global digital platforms can be beneficial.
  • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum/Kanban) can enhance collaboration and efficiency.
