• Assist in planning and executing influencer marketing campaigns, including campaign setup, influencer selection, and timeline management.
• Work with influencers to coordinate content creation and ensure alignment with objectives.
• Support in identifying and reaching out to potential influencers, negotiating terms, and maintaining relationships.
• Review influencer content to ensure it meets brand standards before posting.
• Coordinate with teams to ensure smooth campaign execution.
• Manage talent schedules and availability, ensuring alignment with client timelines and deliverables.
• Work closely with creative and strategy teams to ensure campaigns align with objectives.
• Support Senior Managers in executing campaigns, including content creation, scheduling, and performance tracking.
• Identify and onboard new talent, and manage high-potential creators, supporting their growth and career success.

Requirements:

• Experience of 6 months - 1 year in creator management.
• Strong knowledge of social media and influencer trends.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
