About this role:
We are seeking an experienced Senior Visual Content Creator to join our team. As a Senior Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for developing and implementing creative visual content strategies that drive engagement and conversion.
The ideal candidate will have a strong portfolio of work showcasing their ability to create high-quality visual content that aligns with our brand guidelines. They will also have excellent communication and project management skills, with the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.
- Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement visual content strategies that align with our brand objectives.
- Create high-quality visual content (images, videos, graphics) that engages our audience and drives conversions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (e.g. marketing, product) to understand content needs and deliverables.
- Manage and prioritize multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of design trends, best practices, and industry developments.
- Education:
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or related field.
- Experience:
- At least 12 years of experience in graphic design, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or managerial role.
- Skills:
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and branding.
- Strong project management skills with the ability to multitask and meet tight deadlines.
- Exceptional attention to detail and a keen eye for quality.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in graphic design software (e.g. Adobe Creative Suite).
- Audience Engagement:
- Experience creating motion graphics and video editing.
- Proficiency in audio cleaning and enhancement techniques.
