Our company is seeking an experienced Graphic Designer with a strong background in luxury branding and classic graphic design skills. As a Luxury Visual Content Creator, you will be responsible for translating creative briefs into elegant, luxury-styled visual collateral across print and digital media.

The ideal candidate has an eye for detail and understands the nuances of upscale design — from glossy magazine layouts and brochures to sophisticated digital content. You should be a team player with excellent soft skills, able to collaborate with various departments and take feedback gracefully.

• Design Luxury Marketing Collateral: Create and oversee a range of visually exquisite marketing materials, including brochures, magazines, event catalogues, and digital advertisements, maintaining a consistent luxury look and feel.">
• Brand Aesthetics & Consistency: Develop on-brand graphics for both print and digital platforms (e.g., travel brochures, web banners, social media visuals), ensuring a cohesive and luxurious visual identity across all channels.">
• Creative Concept Development: Work closely with the marketing and product teams to conceptualise and execute design ideas that reflect our luxury positioning. Take creative briefs and turn them into on-trend, beautiful, and elegant designs that captivate our high-end clientele.">
• Print and Digital Production: Prepare print-ready layouts for magazines, flyers, and other physical media, as well as optimize graphics for online use. Ensure all outputs meet quality standards befitting a luxury brand.">
• Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams (content writers, travel product managers, sales, etc.) to produce cohesive campaigns. Communicate effectively with team members to understand project goals and present design concepts.">
• Brand Stewardship: Uphold and refine our brand's visual guidelines. Act as a steward of luxury design quality, reviewing and editing existing materials to elevate them to an upmarket, elegant standard.">

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience: Minimum 5 years of professional graphic design experience, ideally in the luxury space (e.g., luxury retail, fashion, high-end hospitality, or magazine publishing).">
• Design Portfolio: A strong, versatile portfolio that demonstrates taste, range, and a clear understanding of luxury content and aesthetics.">
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern design tools – especially Adobe Creative Suite (expert use of Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) – is required. Familiarity with both print production and digital design best practices is important.">
• Design Fundamentals: Solid foundation in classic design principles. Impeccable attention to detail in kerning, colour, and composition is essential.">
• Soft Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration abilities. Able to take constructive feedback and work iteratively with the team.">
• Creative Vision: High creativity with a problem-solving mindset. Ability to take a brief or concept and develop it into a compelling visual story that aligns with luxury branding.">
• Education: Degree / Education in Graphic Design or a related field is a plus (or equivalent professional experience).">
