We are seeking a highly skilled and customer-focused professional to join our team as an English-speaking Home-Based Customer Support Specialist. About the Job:

- The estimated monthly salary for this position is around €1200-€1800 net, depending on experience and performance.
Job Description:
As an English-speaking Home-Based Customer Support Specialist, you will be the primary contact for Lufthansa passengers, answering questions regarding flight reservations, cancellations, and online check-in via phone. You will also provide assistance in multiple languages, including English, to customers from various countries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information and assist customers with their queries.
- Work effectively in a multicultural environment, communicating with colleagues and customers from diverse backgrounds.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in English and German language skills (spoken and written).
- A fast, wired internet connection (min. 16/10 MBPS) and a personal smartphone for authentication purposes.
- A high school diploma or equivalent, with relevant experience in customer service or a related field.
