Job Title: Senior Business Growth Manager

We are seeking a skilled Senior Business Growth Manager to lead the scaling up of our Micro Business Loan lending for a designated area. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering banking needs to customers in a cost-efficient and technology-effective manner.

This role involves collaborating closely with the Retail team and encompasses providing a seamless and fulfilling customer experience, ensuring that we become the primary bank for all banking needs.

The responsibilities include:

  • Target and manpower planning for the branch
  • Recruitment and training of sales teams, including sales managers, credit and collection managers, and field staff
  • Meeting disbursement targets on a monthly basis
  • Identifying business clusters with high potential and executing penetration strategies
  • Tracking and improving manpower productivity at all levels
  • Monitoring and mentoring the branch team
  • Keeping a regular track of competition and reporting new products and market developments to upstream
  • Managing product mix and branch profitability
  • Managing internal and external audit compliance

Candidates must have:

Education Qualifications:

  • Graduation in any stream (Bachelors in Technology, Maths, Commerce, Arts, Science, Biology, Business, Computers, Engineering, Management)
  • Post-graduation in MBA or PGDM

Experience:

  • 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role
