Business Operations Intern

Duration: 2-3 months (with opportunity for full-time conversion based on performance)

Location: Siddipet (Local applicants preferred)

**About Renexio Energy**:
Renexio Energy is a clean energy company focused on building sustainable solutions like BioCNG from organic and agricultural waste. Our BioCNG plant at Siddipet aims to transform waste into energy while supporting local ecosystems.

We are looking for responsible and proactive interns who can coordinate field operations and engage with farmers, local authorities, and administrative bodies. This is a ground-level operations role where you’ll learn the real-time functioning of renewable energy projects.

**Intern Responsibilities**:

- Assist in managing daily operations at the BioCNG plant
- Coordinate with farmers, local authorities, and the collectorate
- Maintain timely communication and updates with the internal team
- Support in creating field visit reports and basic documentation
- Ensure field discipline and uphold plant hygiene protocols
- Travel to nearby areas using your own bike for fieldwork

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Strong command of Telugu (spoken)
- Must have a bike for local travel
- Residing in or near Siddipet preferred
- Ability to work independently and interact with local stakeholders
- Interest in renewable energy, agriculture, or rural development
- Good communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills
- Fieldwork readiness and hands-on approach to operations
