Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Deputy Sales Manager located in Siddipet. The Deputy Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales activities and achieving sales targets. This involves developing and implementing sales strategies, managing and mentoring a team of sales representatives, building and maintaining strong customer relationships, and identifying new business opportunities. The role also involves conducting market research, analyzing sales data, and reporting to senior management on sales performance and strategies.
Qualifications
- Strong sales, negotiation, and customer relationship management skills
- Experience in developing and implementing sales strategies and managing sales teams
- Analytical skills for market research and sales data analysis
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Experience in the financial services industry is a plus
