Seeking a skilled professional to fill the role of Executive Assistant.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Ensure alignment between project scope, client expectations, and deliverables.
  • Plan timelines, manage deadlines, resolve bottlenecks, and maintain accurate records.
  • Work closely with finance to ensure billing aligns with project scope and timelines.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client updates and share regular status reports with stakeholders.
  • Own process implementation and ensure seamless day-to-day execution.
  • BUILD STRONG CLIENT RELATIONSHIPS through understanding needs, offering tailored solutions, and handling concerns professionally.
  • Maintain accurate records, update CRM systems, and generate regular reports and forecasts.
  • Handle ad-hoc tasks including scheduling, travel bookings, and timeline management.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • 4-6 years of experience in a similar role
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Google sheets and Microsoft tools
  • Strong financial acumen with an understanding of billing and invoicing processes
  • Effective communication and stakeholder management skills
  • Ability to work independently and in collaboration with teams
