Enterprise HubSpot Specialist

The successful candidate will have experience with both the development and administration of HubSpot. As a rapidly growing company, we require talented individuals who can drive innovation and collaboration.
The Role:A highly skilled HubSpot Developer is needed to join our team.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to understand and implement their HubSpot requirements.
- Configure and maintain HubSpot CRM, Marketing Hub, and Sales Hub tools.
- Build and manage workflows, sequences, lists, and automation to support marketing and sales processes.
- Create and manage reports and dashboards in HubSpot for marketing, sales, and leadership teams.
- Ensure data quality, hygiene, and integrity within HubSpot CRM (imports, deduplication, validation).
- Manage user roles, permissions, and security settings.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported issues.
- A bachelor's degree.
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot administration (CRM, Marketing, Sales).
- Experience configuring workflows, reports, dashboards, and integrations.
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS/JavaScript is an asset.
- Understanding of sales and marketing processes.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills are required.
- Desired certifications: HubSpot Marketing Software, HubSpot Sales Software, Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting.
