Enterprise CRM Strategist

The ideal candidate for this role will have a strong background in marketing technology and experience with CRM strategy and marketing automation.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement CRM and marketing technology strategies for enterprise clients to drive business growth.
  • Translate client business objectives into effective CRM journeys covering segmentation, lead scoring, nurturing, and lifecycle automation.
  • Lead end-to-end CRM and marketing automation implementations, ensuring seamless integration of platforms such as HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle, and others.
  • Drive adoption of automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, Customer.io, and establish best practices for scalable martech operations.
  • Lead, mentor, and grow a team of CRM managers, analysts, and automation specialists, establishing SOPs and frameworks for successful delivery.
  • Act as the client-facing lead, handling strategic and technical discussions, and partner with internal tech, design, and strategy teams for cross-functional delivery.
  • Deliver CRM solutions across multiple clients, with a focus on BFSI and Retail sectors, leveraging expertise in automation tools and CRM platforms.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 8+ years of hands-on experience in CRM strategy and marketing automation, with proven expertise in HubSpot, Salesforce, Zoho, Oracle, or similar enterprise CRM platforms.
  • Strong exposure to automation tools like WebEngage, MoEngage, Braze, or Customer.io, with demonstrated success in delivering CRM solutions.
  • Ability to lead client conversations with a balance of strategic vision and technical depth, and possess strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
