HubSpot Development and Administration Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing remote teams, coordinating with internal systems, and ensuring seamless data flow.
The successful applicant will have excellent communication skills, be highly organized, and able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. They will also have a basic understanding of marketing and sales processes, as well as familiarity with Salesforce.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate with administrators of other internal systems to ensure smooth data exchange.
- Develop and maintain custom modules and templates using HubSpot CMS.
- Develop and maintain custom integrations using HubSpot API.
- Develop and maintain custom workflows and automation using HubSpot Marketing Automation.
- Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using HubSpot Reporting.
- Troubleshoot and resolve reported HubSpot issues.
- Manage HubSpot CRM data quality and integrity.
- Manage HubSpot user roles and permissions.
- Train end-users on HubSpot usage.
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience with HubSpot development and administration.
- A bachelor's degree.
- Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
- Scripting experience using Node.JS, Python or PHP is an asset.
- Experience with REST APIs.
- Familiarity with Salesforce.
- Understanding of Google Analytics is desirable.
- Desired HubSpot Certifications: Integrating with HubSpot, HubSpot CMS for Developers, Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting.
