The Role:

The HubSpot Developer will have experience with both the development and administration of HubSpot. The candidate must have a basic understanding of marketing and sales processes and familiarity with Salesforce is desired.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Marketing Team to understand and document their needs and requirements.
  • Coordinate with administrators of other internal systems to ensure seamless data flow.
  • Develop and maintain custom modules and templates using HubSpot CMS.
  • Develop and maintain custom integrations using HubSpot API.
  • Develop and maintain custom workflows and automation using HubSpot Marketing Automation.
  • Develop and maintain custom reports and dashboards using HubSpot Reporting.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve reported HubSpot issues.
  • Manage HubSpot CRM data quality and integrity.
  • Manage HubSpot user roles and permissions.
  • Train end-users on HubSpot usage.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience with HubSpot development and administration.
  • A bachelor's degree.
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Scripting experience using Node.JS, Python, or PHP is an asset.
  • Experience with REST APIs.
  • Familiarity with Salesforce.
  • Understanding of sales and marketing processes.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Understanding of Google Analytics is desirable.
  • Desired HubSpot Certifications: Integrating with HubSpot, HubSpot CMS for Developers, Revenue Operations, HubSpot Reporting.
