Our organization is seeking a skilled AML Functional Business Analyst to provide critical support for our FCRM AML applications.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in application support, preferably within the Banking/AML sector. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills are essential for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver L2 production support for FCRM AML applications.
  • Manage incidents, service requests, and problem management within defined Service Level Agreements.
  • Monitor batches, jobs, and interfaces; conduct environment validations.
  • Utilize SQL/PLSQL and Unix/Linux scripting skills to troubleshoot issues.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including L1, L3, and business stakeholders, to ensure seamless operations.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2-5 years of experience in application support, preferably in Banking/AML.
  • Proven track record of supporting FCRM / Actimize applications.
  • Expertise in SQL/PLSQL, Unix/Linux scripting, and familiarity with incident management tools such as ServiceNow or Jira.
  • Strong knowledge of banking compliance regulations, including AML/KYC/Sanctions.
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including US shift support.
