Searce Inc is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Sales Strategist to lead its sales team in India. This role requires an individual with extensive experience in consulting and sales, particularly in cloud-based services.

The ideal candidate will possess a unique blend of business, technical, and strategic thinking, along with tactical execution experience. They must have a proven track record of driving sales growth and developing effective go-to-market strategies. Experience in start-ups or scaling growth stage organizations would be advantageous.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing sales strategies to drive exponential growth in the Indian market
  • Leading a team of cloud consultants to achieve sales targets
  • Collaborating with AWS business, sales, and customer engineering leadership teams to develop joint co-consult strategies
  • Identifying industry-specific technical solutions and accelerating their adoption across businesses
  • Providing thought leadership and making meaningful connections with partners, clients, and vendors at industry events and conferences

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Sales and Marketing/Strategy from a Tier-1 or Tier-2 university (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 8-12 years of experience in consulting/selling/closing deals in the professional services space across areas such as tech consulting, application development services, cloud and data migration, public cloud managed services, and applied AI and data analytics based services
  • Experience in direct sales, handling a quota of $10M+ annually
  • Critical thinking, decisiveness, and ability to work well in demanding and ambiguous client environments
  • Able to work in a young, fast-paced environment

Estimated Salary: ₹15000000 - ₹25000000 per annum (dependent on experience). Searce Inc offers a competitive salary package, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and opportunities for career advancement.
