We are seeking an exceptional Senior Entrepreneurship Coach to join our team at GITAM Deemed University. This is a dynamic opportunity for a seasoned professional to lead and mentor student, faculty, and alumni teams through our RSG (NU-IDEA Ready, Set, Go) program.
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in entrepreneurship, leadership skills, and experience working with startups. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for:
- Coaching ventures assigned to you and ensuring their successful progression through the RSG program.
- Scouting for innovations across the campus and identifying potential startups to enroll in the RSG program.
- Tracking the progress of coaching teams and ensuring adherence to program processes.
- Preparing teams for stage gate pitching sessions and helping them achieve successful outcomes.
- Collaborating with SVC to provide advanced coaching support to teams.
- Organizing outreach activities, workshops, and master classes to promote the RSG program.
Requirements
- A minimum of 2-3 years of experience working in an entrepreneurship pre-incubation environment.
- An MBA degree with a consistently good or outstanding academic record.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well in a team.
- Proactive and dynamic leadership skills with a commitment to actively coaching student, faculty, and alumni teams.
- Familiarity with the startup ecosystem and the ability to utilize it to drive successful outcomes.
What We Offer
- An estimated salary of $80,000 - $100,000 per annum, depending on experience.
