Job Description

As a Japanese LLM Trainer, you will play a critical role in advancing the capabilities of our client's AI systems. Our team is dedicated to pushing the boundaries of artificial intelligence, and we need talented individuals like you to help us achieve our goals.

We are seeking an experienced professional with a strong background in technical or analytical fields. Your expertise in programming languages and tech stacks is essential, but your ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs is even more critical.

Responsibilities include:

  • Developing and training large language models (LLMs) for conversational AI applications.
  • Designing and implementing algorithms to improve the accuracy and effectiveness of LLMs.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to integrate LLMs into larger AI systems.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in a technical or analytical field.
  • Strong general technical reasoning skills and the ability to model real-world assistant behavior using tool-based APIs.
  • Excellent written communication skills in English, with a focus on clarity, tone, and instructional coherence.
  • Creativity and attention to detail in crafting realistic scenarios and responses.
  • Experience working with or around LLMs, virtual assistants, or function-calling frameworks is a plus.
