Job Title: AI Content Specialist

We are seeking a skilled expert to design, optimize, and implement high-quality prompts for large-scale e-commerce content production.

About the Role:
  • Prompt Engineering & Optimization
  • Design and test prompts for Large Language Models (LLMs) and image generation models tailored to e-commerce.
  • Bulk upload and templateize prompts to accelerate content creation.
  • AI Model Utilization
  • Stay current with emerging LLMs and image generation models.
  • Experiment with both closed-source and open-source models, evaluating trade-offs for quality, time-to-market, and cost-effectiveness.
  • Conduct A/B testing to measure CTR uplift, engagement, and content conversion rates.
  • Workflow Automation
  • Develop and maintain n8n workflows/recipes for large-scale AI image and copy production.
  • Automate repeatable tasks such as multi-angle e-com images, lifestyle scene generation, model replacement, and product background adaptation.
  • Quality & Scale
  • Maintain consistency and accuracy of generated outputs across 1000s of SKUs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define acceptance criteria, quality scores, and guardrails.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration
  • Partner with creative, e-commerce, and technology teams to deploy AI solutions into production.
  • Train teams on using AI-first tools and workflows effectively.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Prompt Engineer / AI Content Specialist in e-commerce or retail.
  • Strong knowledge of LLMs and prompt optimization best practices.
  • Hands-on expertise with n8n, building automation recipes for large-scale content workflows.
  • Familiarity with generative AI tools (Stable Diffusion, Midjourney, DALL·E, Flux, Runway, etc.).
  • Prior experience with AI-generated images for fashion (adult & kids) and home categories.
Nice-to-Haves:
  • Experience with A/B testing for e-commerce CTR uplift.
  • Exposure to multi-modal AI (text + image + video generation).
