Generative AI Solutions Engineer

We are looking for a talented Generative AI Solutions Engineer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, building, and deploying generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Falcon).

The ideal candidate should have experience with fine-tuning and customizing foundation models using domain-specific datasets and techniques. They should also be skilled in developing and optimizing prompt engineering strategies to drive accurate and context-aware model responses.

Apart from technical skills, the candidate should be able to implement model pipelines using Python and ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain. Collaboration with data engineers and MLOps teams to productionalize GenAI models on cloud platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP) is also essential.

The role requires good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail are also necessary for this position.

Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and deploy generative AI solutions using LLMs such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, or open-source models (e.g., LLaMA, Falcon).
  • Fine-tune and customize foundation models using domain-specific datasets and techniques.

  • Ensure robustness, scalability, and compliance of AI models in deployment environments.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Generative AI: Experience with LLMs, Transformers, and other related technologies.
  • Programming Skills: Proficiency in Python and experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, Hugging Face Transformers, or LangChain.
  • Cloud Platforms: Experience with Azure/AWS/GCP cloud platforms and related tools.
  • Model Deployment: Knowledge of model deployment pipelines and related tools.
