Lead Generative AI Developer Position

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Generative AI Developer to join our team and lead the design, implementation, and oversight of advanced generative AI models, platforms, and systems.

About the Role:

This is a critical role in driving innovation and growth through cutting-edge AI technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for architecting end-to-end AI solutions, from data collection and preprocessing to model development and deployment, ensuring seamless integration into existing platforms and enhancing business functionality.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Design and develop scalable, high-performance generative AI systems.
  • Architect AI solutions encompassing data collection, preprocessing, model development, and deployment.
  • Ensure smooth integration of AI systems with existing platforms.
Generative AI Model Development:
  • Develop leading-edge generative AI models, including transformers and Large Language Models (LLMs).
  • Collaborate with research teams to stay at the forefront of AI advancements.
AI Strategy & Innovation:
  • Stay updated on the latest AI research and technology breakthroughs.
  • Drive innovative strategies in AI, recommending tools and techniques to enhance performance and capabilities continually.
  • Contribute to developing AI strategies aligned with organizational objectives.
Key Requirements:
  • Proven experience in AI/ML model development, with a focus on generative models like LLMs and transformers.
  • Strong MLOps expertise.
  • Experience designing and deploying scalable AI architectures in cloud environments (AWS/Azure/GCP).
  • Proficiency in AI frameworks and libraries such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
  • Understanding of deep learning, reinforcement learning, unsupervised learning, and Natural Language Processing (NLP).
  • Proficiency in Python and other relevant programming languages.
  • Knowledge of machine learning pipelines, model versioning, and CI/CD for AI/ML.
