Strategic Business Unit Head

Are you a visionary leader looking to take charge of a business unit and drive its next phase of growth? We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Strategic Business Unit Head to lead our SBU through an exciting period of expansion. As the key decision-maker, you will be responsible for setting and executing a financial and strategic roadmap to deliver aggressive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market leadership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the overall performance of the SBU with full P&L accountability.
  • Develop and execute high-impact sales strategies to drive top-line growth and expand market share in the cybersecurity sector.
  • Ensure budget discipline and sustainable bottom-line performance by optimizing margin and overseeing all financial aspects of the SBU.
  • Build and optimize scalable processes, systems, and operational frameworks to support rapid growth and ensure efficiency alignment with financial objectives.
  • Recruit, mentor, and lead a results-driven team with a strong commercial mindset, ensuring alignment to revenue and profitability targets.
  • Act as the primary liaison with the Board, investors, and key external stakeholders, providing transparent financial and strategic updates to ensure alignment on growth and value-creation goals.
Requirements:
  • 15+ years of proven leadership experience with full P&L accountability, profitability management, and business development success.
  • Strong background in cybersecurity, ideally within SaaS or tech-driven businesses.
  • Track record of revenue growth through sales leadership, strategic partnerships, and market expansion.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, financial management, and operational scaling in high-growth environments.
  • Proven ability to build and lead high-performance teams with a strong commercial mindset.
