We are seeking a seasoned Investment Professional to join our team as Chief Investment Officer. As the lead investor, you will be responsible for crafting investment theses, building a high-quality deal pipeline, and executing transactions with speed and precision.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Sourcing and evaluating opportunities across seed and growth stages
  • Developing and refining investment theses and sector expertise
  • Leveraging a strong network of founders, angels, bankers, and operators to identify non-obvious opportunities

In addition to your analytical skills and sector knowledge, you should possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with founders, co-investors, and other stakeholders. A flexible and adaptable approach to investing is essential, with a bias towards action and a low-ego mindset.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A background in venture capital, private equity, or a related field
  • Meaningful deal evaluation experience across multiple sectors
  • A strong network of contacts within the Indian startup ecosystem
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to frame key questions and pressure-test assumptions
