Financial Leadership Role

Tribe is seeking a high-performing finance professional to lead the financial function. This leadership role encompasses finance strategy, cash flow management, investor relations, reporting, taxation, fundraising, and compliance along with active involvement in financial structuring, forecasting, and operational finance.

  • Strategic & Operational Finance:
    • Develop and implement financial reporting, forecasting, and structuring to ensure seamless operations.
    • Drive budgeting, strategic planning, and KPI frameworks to optimize performance.
    • Support expansion projects, pricing models, and capex planning to fuel growth.
  • Accounting, Audit & Compliance:
    • Ensure timely and accurate closure of books (Ind-AS / Indian GAAP).
    • Lead statutory, tax, and internal audits to maintain transparency and integrity.
    • Oversee ROC, RBI, FEMA, TDS, GST, and ESOP compliance to adhere to regulatory requirements.
  • Fundraising & Investor Relations:
    • Own investor documents, financial models, decks, and data rooms to facilitate informed decision-making.
    • Manage due diligence and support negotiations and closures to drive successful partnerships.
    • Maintain investor updates, board reporting, and cap table to foster strong relationships.
  • Banking & Treasury:
    • Build proactive relationships with banks and lenders to secure favorable terms.
    • Lead debt structuring, working capital facilities, and vendor financing to optimize liquidity.
    • Manage treasury operations to ensure adequate funding and minimize risk.
  • Vendor & Cost Management:
    • Govern vendor contracts, negotiate fees, and manage payouts to optimize costs.
    • Implement cost control systems and real-time tracking processes to drive efficiency.
    • Maintain discipline across accounts payable and procurement cycles to ensure smooth operations.
