We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead a major global upgrade project of PTC Windchill v13. This is a strategic program within the healthcare industry, with high visibility and impact.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in PLM (Product Lifecycle Management) and experience in matrixed environments. They will be responsible for planning and executing the project, ensuring business continuity, platform modernization, and compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed project plans and implementation schedules.
  • Manage change control processes and oversee overall project execution and risk mitigation.
  • Serve as the escalation point for project risks and issues.
  • Oversee validation protocols and compliance deliverables.

Qualifications, Skills and Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree + 8 years, or Master's degree + 6 years of related experience.
  • 8+ years of experience leading IT projects in matrixed environments.
  • Extensive experience in the life sciences industry, with strong exposure to validation.
  • Deep knowledge of PLM platforms, PDM processes, and Quality Management Systems.

This role requires strong leadership skills, with the ability to influence and engage teams. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and governance skills, with experience in steering committees and executive reporting.
