The property is already running at full capacity, with a significant customer base of Japanese expats and other international guests.
We are seeking an experienced Front Desk Executive to provide exceptional customer service and administrative support at the front desk.
Key Responsibilities:
- Day-to-day operations management: check-ins/outs, billing, answering phone calls and emails, responding to inquiries.
- Ensuring front desk functions operate efficiently, identifying lapses and rectifying them in real-time.
- Administering front office functions on a daily basis.
- Implementation, continuous review, and improvement (kaizen).
- Filling in duties as needed in case of absence or peak workload.
- Ensuring billing and recovery, tracking invoices and payments.
- Monitoring and overseeing all guest services on a daily basis.
- Identifying critical guests, VIP arrivals, meeting and greeting, attending guests as necessary.
- Answering day-to-day inquiries for short-term and long-term stays.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including writing professional emails and drafting documents.
- Hospitality attitude and aptitude, customer-centric, effective in communication.
- Thorough organization and supervisory skills.
Requirements:
- Graduate or postgraduate degree preferably in hotel management.
- At least 3-4 years of experience working in 4/5-star hotels in a similar role.
