Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled E-Commerce Sales Growth Manager with expertise in Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central to drive sales growth and manage vendor relationships at AcquireX.

Key Responsibilities

Sales Growth & Strategy

  • Develop and execute strategies for sales growth on both Vendor Central and Seller Central, analysing performance metrics to identify opportunities for price optimization and product promotion.
  • Monitor SKU performance to ensure healthy sales velocity and product ranking, implementing data-driven strategies for bundling, promotions, and seasonal marketing campaigns.

Vendor Central Management

  • Manage relationships with Amazon Vendor Managers to negotiate terms such as cost prices and promotional funding.
  • Handle purchase order management to ensure timely fulfilment while minimizing discrepancies.
  • Optimize revenue through effective demand forecasting and order management.

Seller Central Sales Optimization

  • Create and optimize product listings for maximum visibility, ensuring they are SEO-friendly.
  • Strategize around Amazons A9 algorithm to improve product ranking and increase organic sales.
  • Manage Buy Box strategies and competitive analysis to maintain compliance.

Vendor Relationship Management

  • Negotiate favourable terms with Amazon Vendor Managers to enhance sales margins.
  • Monitor Vendor Central operations, resolving issues related to purchase orders and payment delays.
  • Conduct regular performance reviews with account managers to assess results and plan growth initiatives.

Data Analysis & Reporting

  • Analyse sales trends and key metrics through Amazon Business Reports.
  • Provide regular reports highlighting achievements and challenges in meeting sales targets.
  • Work with internal teams to forecast demand and manage inventory effectively.

Requirements

  • 6 to 7 years of experience managing Amazon Vendor Central and Seller Central accounts with a focus on sales growth.
  • Proven track record of increasing revenue through these channels.
  • Strong understanding of Amazons algorithms, SEO practices, Buy Box strategies, and sales metrics.
  • Excellent negotiation skills with a history of securing better trading terms.
  • Proficiency in using relevant analytics tools for data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in Amazon Advertising (PPC) and running promotional campaigns.
Estimated Salary Range:

$120,000 - $180,000 per year.
