Job Opportunity for Quality Assurance Professionals

We are seeking an experienced Quality Engineer to join our team in the aerospace and defence sector. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring that our high-precision components and systems meet rigorous quality standards.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Quality Control Processes: Implement and monitor quality control processes, non-conformance handling, and root cause analysis.
  • Compliance: Maintain compliance with ISO 9001, AS9100, and defence-specific quality standards.
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with cross-functional teams for first article inspection, in-process inspection, and final product validation.
  • Documentation: Develop and maintain detailed quality documentation, control plans, and inspection reports.
  • Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives using Six Sigma, 5S, and Lean methodologies.

Requirements:

  • An engineering degree from a reputable institution (IIT/NIT) with 6-8 years of relevant experience.
  • Prior experience in precision manufacturing, defence, or aerospace components is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure.
  • A passion for discipline, quality excellence, and impact.
